Planned change management programs that are attempting to make large-system cultural changes in an organization are among the most difficult to manage. When addressing cultural issues, it is important to understand the current large-system and subsystem cultures, plan for a process that leads to a new cultural norm, and determine what steps to take to transition the culture.
One example of a large cultural shift might be an organization growing from being a family-owned, small-to-midsize organization to a publicly traded organization with international locations. Create a presentation that addresses the following issues associated with such a change:
- What steps would you take to diagnose the current culture?- Discuss the elements of an organizational culture.- How would you identify which elements of culture need to be addressed in this large system change?- What recommendations do you have for the organization as it manages the system changes as they relate to culture?
Make a 1,750-2,100 word paper in which you evaluate the impact of your selected contemporary issue on your selected organization. In your evaluation be sure to address the following items:
What rules will you develop for supervisors to successfully respond to employee questions about unionization? What can your supervisors say or else do that is legally permissible in this situation
Fill a professional analysis of the job requirements of a position, you know. Please an example of a matrix needs similar work if necessary.
An appropriate action to establish his lawful ownership of the strip on which the driveway approaches to enjoin its use by Dale, and to require Dale to eliminate the overlap
How should leaders change strategy if feedback indicates a change is in order?
Describe how the peer-reviewed journal article is significant to our understanding of business ethics. Summarize the article and describe the relevance of article to business ethics (why does this article matter)?
Recall a time when you worked for or belonged to the organization where culture was "toxic." In brief describe the culture
Consider the following statement: An effective leader is always in control of the group process. Is this an accurate statement? Why?
What is the role of leadership in creating, managing, and sustaining innovation in credit card company call center, such as Visa?
