You have been asked to provide a briefing paper (ESSAY) considering the various perspectives of the Human Resource Department. The contemporary debate and a consideration of its possible future directions.

4. Summary/Conclusion:  This should be based on your objectives reviewed from a 'completed' perspective.

5. References, Structure and Construction: using the Harvard referencing system throughout, provide references and evidence sources and use appropriate academic protocol for the report. The submission of your work for assessment should be organized, clearly structured in the order outlined in 1 to 4 above.
