Question: Compare and contrast two of the five types of employee training presented in the textbook. Then, suggest one situation that would merit each type of training for various health care employees.. Training Methods include orientation, on-the-job training, Internships and apprenticeships (skilled trade programs) Classroom instruction, Audiovisual training, simulation, and Virtual reality (Niles, 2013). Select two motivational theories as they apply to health care. Then, assess the impact of the chosen theories on related health care human resources issues. There are four motivational Theorie are: Equity theory, goal setting theory,expectancy theory and four-prong model of intrinsic motivation.
