Project Homework: Employment Law
Overview:
You will complete and submit your project. In this homework, you focused on a particular aspect of employment. Using that research and any additional research and review, you will complete a training presentation that culminates your learning throughout this course.
You are an HR manager, and you're presenting an overview of the law that HR managers must be familiar with in order to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently, protecting the rights of the employee as well as the employer. You are sharing your presentation with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and are seeking approval to implement your training for a small group of HR interns working at your company. Your objective is to familiarize the interns with some of the most important laws and sample cases related to those laws and, more importantly, to help the interns understand how the topics from these cases translate to the practice of HR.
Instructions:
Consider your readings, resources, and all your other homeworks throughout this course.
The training must address how compliance with these legal requirements can be achieved through improving HR practices. Application to practice is a critical element of this homework.

G. Do not copy & paste information from your previous homeworks. Rather, use them as a reference to provide feedback in your notes section for each slide.
