In the following TED Talk, Dr. Tiffany Jana, founder of TMI Consulting, the world's first Diversity and Inclusion Certified Benefit Corporation, discusses social privileges. She challenges some of the assumptions that come along with cultural biases. Watch Dr. Jana's TED Talk and then respond to the prompts below.

Part A: Privilege Worksheet

All of us have privileges. There is no such thing as a culture-neutral social work encounter. We always bring with us our cultures, histories, experiences, strengths, weaknesses, biases, and privileges. For Part A, please respond to the following discussion questions considering the information from the worksheet:
