2. Discuss at least one measurement tool used by the social work practitioner with clients at the agency. State the purpose of the tool, what it is used for, and whether it is effective with clients in the agency. Discuss whether there is another tool as effective that could be used.

3. Discuss self-awareness/self-reflection and professional growth. Reflect on previously learned knowledge acquired. How or where did you first hear about the tool (e.g., in practice, classroom/course, undergraduate studies, etc.)?

4. Professional development: Are you less or more competent about the tool and how to use it to serve clients? Or do you have a deeper understanding of the tool? Discuss some of your feelings or emotions about the use of the tool. Were you confident, incompetent, or competent? If so, why do you suppose that you have these emotions? How did you feel that you could gain more confidence or competence?

5. Professional growth could also reflect on your observation of the client's behavior or response when administering the tool. Were you empathetic, and a good listener, or reflect on the NASW Code of Ethics to help guide you through the process with the client?
