She has work 'friends' and is a key member of her team. Maria's home life is quiet. She lives with her mother (80 years old) who has a number of medical issues. Maria has no siblings and is the sole provider of her mother's care. Recently, Maria's team was informed that her company has financially struggled since the pandemic. All members of Maria's team (including Maria) will be made redundant within the next 6 months.
