One of the members of your team is an Indigenous Australian, Waylon. Another member of your team, Dan, is an older man born in Australia. Dan usually ignores Waylon or addresses him through another team member. He lets everyone know that Waylon doesn't work as hard as other team members. Waylon complains to you that he works as hard as everybody else, and Dan is being racist. Waylon has always been a responsible and hardworking staff member, and he is greatly valued for this.

Provide responses to the following four questions after reading the above scenario.
