A 26-year-old female came to the clinic for evaluation of headaches. She has had headaches every one to two months for the past 10 years, but recently the headaches have come more often. Right now, she does not have a headache. She has photophobia /phonophobia with headache episodes. She also experiences nausea and vomiting during the headache episodes. The headache is localized behind the left eye. She cannot work or go to school during headache episodes. Her family history is that her mother also has headaches. Her headache is associated with junk food, red wine, and life stressors. She has no trauma or life-threatening diagnosis that may account for her symptoms. Her neurological examination is normal.

Her diagnosis is Headache, migraine with aura.
