Question: I'm a trainee in a company and I have to find a problem and try to find a solution for it, so my problem was high turnover and I conducted a survey and distributed it to the employees in the company in order to know the exact problem the cause of the high turnover,, the results of the survey came out the most employees are dissatisfied about their salary , benefits and rewards and promotions .

- So I need to create two systems 1- for the rewards,, could be non-monetary rewards , performance linked rewards

- The second system is for the promotion could be criteria, appraisal system or anything linked to promotion
