When I was working on my post for this week, I opened up Senge's the Fifth Discipline: The Art & Practice of the Learning Organization. I read this book many months ago for one of my classes and in here he made some great statements about learning "Learning organizations are possible because, deep down, we are all learners" and "An organization's commitment to and capacity for learning can be no greater than that of its members". It is great that we are talking about organizational learning and change, I think it is important that we do not loose sight of the individuals and teams that make organizational learning and change possible.
