Reflect on the section in the chapter about interviewing techniques. What has been your own experience in regard to employment interviews? Have you been interviewed for a job? Have you been the person who conducts the interview? How has your experience reflected the interviewing techniques in regard to the types of questions that were asked, the type of interview (structured vs. unstructured) that was conducted, and the best practices for conducting an interview? Was your experience positive or negative? If it was a positive experience, what made it so? If it was a negative experience, what would you change to have made it a more positive experience?
