By now, from your textbook readings and lesson, you should have a firm grasp on different types of individual resource values and strategies that are commonplace in the workforce. From this information, build an objective assertion for the human useful resource management function of a sizable firm of your choice. This is your determined and will be used as a foundation for many course assignments, so choose it carefully, and it should preferably be in your future industry.
Your mission statement should describe core values of the human resource (HR) function that will drive future policies and types of procedures for your company. The mission statement should include a description showing how the HR function will support functions and operate strategically, internally and outside the body of the firm. Furthermore, compare the mission assertions provided, and write a brief comparison/contrast. What strategies are excellent? Which are not-so-good? Use your research when writing your own mission statement. Upon conclusion, this mission statement should be the base of your company's effective man resource strategy.
