I will be discussing ethical dilemma 2 and how the difference between the two supply chains and their sustainability would have to be considered to make a decision. If Levi Strauss wants to keep their corporate responsibility initiatives which include sustainability, they need to have a responsible supply chain. Walmart has faced criticism in the past for its effect on the environment because of their massive supply chain operators. Levi Strauss needs to evaluate the extent to which partnering with Walmart aligns with its sustainability goals and in the partnership agreement to ensure that Walmart follows certain labor, environmental, and ethical standards that Levi Strauss would reflect.
