Patient states, "I have been experiencing a persistent cough along with a runny nose and sore throat". The patient reports that the coughing usually occur at least twice each day with yellow discharge sputum. Patient states she has no history of asthma and never been diagnosed with asthma. Patient states she went to Urgent Care located in when symptoms first occurred two days ago and have gotten worse, and patient states one of her grandchildren was sick with the flu about 5 days ago, and Urgent Care Covid/Flu was negative. When assessing patient noted the patient would take frequent pauses in the middle of conversation. The patient states she only took Tylenol extra strength and cough drops and coughing along with the runny nose persists".
