There are additional training variables that are to be considered when developing an integrated training program based on the needs of your athlete/client. I need to Select one of these [1) balance, 2) SAQ{Speed, Agility, Quickness}, or 3) flexibility/warm-up strategies] and by Day 2, discuss in order with headings:
-I need help with What is the variable & then the purpose of this integrated training variable? What does research say about the importance of its integration?
-I need help to List an example of 3 different exercises; identify specific acute variables to consider for these exercises [ie. sets, reps, distance, timing, intensity, etc.]
-Identify one of the aforementioned exercises and identify one strategy to progress that exercise and another to regress that same exercise that does not involve manipulating the acute variables [actually manipulate the exercise].
