Financial Portion of Business Plan
Any financial experts. Please help me with this, thank you
I am developing a business plan for a clinic. I need help with the financial portion of it. I have not been given a particular budget so I need to create on my own. I would like to use excel documents when applicable. The directions that I was given was to (1) a projection of start-up costs, and sources of cash to meet those costs, (2) a three-year projection of operating costs and revenues [the 'pro forma income statement"], (3) a 3-year cash flow projection, and (4) a 3 year projected balance sheet. This is a fake clinic.
The clinic will have 3 doctors, two registered nurses, 3 medical assistants, and 1 benefits counselor,1 social worker, and 1 receptionist.
