In this paper you will follow the needs analysis process to develop a report on a learning need of an organization. For this assignment, you can use your current employer, a previous employer, or any organization with which you are very familiar, for your analysis.

Prepare a report of 750-1,000 words (3-4 double spaced pages), including the following sections:

Briefly describe the organization and its purpose;

Explain the concern or problem that the training would address and why it is important to the organization;

List the key stakeholder groups who should be involved in the analysis and what information they could contribute;

Select a Needs Analysis Method and explain why you would use this method for your analysis; and

Write a training objective that describes what employees would be able to do at the end of the training program.
