Purpose

To identify age-related changes and health promotion strategies for the body systems of older adults.

Assignment

The class will be divided into 2 groups.

One group is responsible to design and develop a poster representing the age-related changes to the body systems of older adults.

The second group will be responsible to design and develop a poster representing the health-promotion strategies for each body system of an older adult.

The poster should be a visual representation of an older adult.

During the first 3 weeks, each group will create the backdrop for their poster content. By the beginning of week 4, the backdrops must be completed and the content for each of the first 3 weeks must also have been added to the poster. From then on, each week the poster must be updated by the beginning of VIH class of the week following the lecture on that body system.

The final poster will be graded during the last class of the semester.
