The ideas are endless when it comes to what teachers would like to achieve. Therefore, it is essential to create a path you might take toward self-improvement as an educator.

Scenario

You have recently enrolled in an early childhood program to obtain certification. One of your professors shared how they created a vision board to achieve their short-term and long-term goals during a lecture. You decide to create a professional vision board focused on your early childhood career goals.

Task

For this homework, you will create a vision board of your goals and professional development plans.

First, determine how you will create your vision board:

1. A digital vision board can be created using tools like SmartArt in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Spark, Piktochart, etc.

2. Or a physical vision board can be created with poster boards (using various materials like magazine/newspaper clippings, glue sticks, markers, glitter, etc.).
