The Company sells and distributes specialty automotive products, such as light truck/SUV accessories, car accessories and trim items, specialty wheels, tires, and suspension parts and high performance products. Johnson & Johnson is a holding company, which, through its 250 subsidiary companies, develops, manufactures, and sells a broad range of prescription and nonprescription health care products. It has approximately 115,500 employees.

 Each company received a different rating from the S&P. In descending order, the ratings for these companies were AAA, A+, B+, and CC. These rating are as of February 7, 2011.
