The units of an item available for sale during the year were as follows:

Jan. 1 Inventory 90 units at $54
Mar. 10 Purchase 112 units at $55
Aug. 30 Purchase 100 units at $58
Dec. 12 Purchase 98 units at $60
There are 104 units of the item in the physical inventory at December 31. The periodic inventory system is used.
