A steam turbine is designed to have a power output of 10 MW when the steady-flow mass flow rate is 16 kg/s and the steam is supplied at 4 MPa and 375oC, at a velocity of 200 m/s. The steam is discharged in a dry saturated condition at 20 kPa at a velocity of 60 m/s. Determine the heat transfer through the turbine casing.
