A square footing 2 meters by 2 meters is to be constructed 1.22 meters below the ground surface. The groundwater table is located 1.82 meters below the ground surface. The subsoil consists of a uniform, medium dense, cohesionless soil with the following properties:

Unit weight=18.53 kN/cubic meter

Angle of internal friction=32 degrees

Determine the foundation soil's allowable bearing capacity if a factor of safety of 3 is used.
