In developing a budget, the program planners determined that personnel are needed for program participant education. The budget will accommodate a total of $95,000 for this position.

The average salary of registered nurses in Barton County Health Department is $70,000 and health educators is $40,000, as determined by the County Human Resources mandatory pay scale. Fringe rate for the county employees is 30%.
