Scenario- Articulation Mandi is a 5-year-old female who is in kindergarten. Recent assessment results state she is about 75% intelligible and articulation errors are present for the following phonemes; /l/, /r/, f/, /s/ and voiced and voiceless "th". Hearing is normal. Errors occur in all positions and are mainly substitutions or distortions. She is beginning to show some frustration when others do not understand her.
