(a) Many organizations mandate training programs for their employees as part of their career progression requirement. However, a study indicated that most employees reluctantly attend training programs and are often found to be attending these sessions (whether they are formal training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc.) without much interest. They just go through the motions or else their supervisors will give them a negative appraisal. Suggest some useful techniques that can be used to convince the trainees that the training program content is meaningful and will be helpful to them personally as well as to the organization.

(b) Explain the difference between designing and developing employee training. Provide suitable example to explain.

(c) What is the best method to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program? Explain your answer.
