Question

Design an organizational "matrix" structure for the amalgamated company with divisional and function structures in a very detailed and specific chart format (including a reporting structure and a hierarchy level as well). For example I want employees to report to both a functional manager (e.g. marketing, HR, operations) and a project or product manager (e.g. trailer manufacturing, industrial vehicle repair). Also please address who would you put in place at each of the four sites, and in what order (make up unique positions to include in the chart, make it exciting and fun).
