Design an executable workflow diagram for a fresher from MBA Institute entering a BPA role in Robert Bosch technologies Bangalore. This company is cursed with one problem, as insiders have reported. It gives world-class training, and many leave after a year or two, making the company lose time, money and effort. It has tried bonds and retention packages. But being located in an IT hub, many employees switch fast and later may regret it. Having the German obsession for order and method, the company gives the best training until it ends. What will you do more so in its IT wing where it is challenging to monitor attrition now?

Please provide me with an executable roadmap for execution and suggestion to the company's HR and solve my problem. Please give me an alternative to club Mahindra and giving monetary incentives for completing each training module.
