You have created a total rewards plan that you intend to implement within MediaRite. To do so, you must design a total rewards communication plan to inform your employees of this rewards plan. Record your video on a cloud-based program such as Screencast-o-matic, which is a free source, so that you do not have problems uploading your video.

- Your video should be between 5 and 15 minutes.

- It should be viewed as a training/presentation/commercial informing your employees of the relocation opportunities and the total rewards associated with the opportunity.
