Devise and design a green logistics program for an organization. You may choose an organization you are familiar with or create one but you must address the following items in the project:

· Overview of the organization (purpose, mission, vision, product, service, etc.)

· Current operational plan (is it effective, needs work, how do they fit into the supply chain)

· How will they benefit from green logistics (be specific in terms of social, environmental, and economic impacts, support this part of the paper with facts and statistics relevant to the organization's industry sector).

· What will the plan include? Why?

· What is the cost and benefit to the company?

· How will you implement a green logistics program? What steps are needed? The project must be a minimum of 8 pages excluding the Title Page, Reference Page, and Table of Contents.
