Question: Design a compensation plan for the company. Follow the guidelines we discussed in the lecture.

Take into consideration the following:

  • The company you choose should have Inside Sales person, Sales representative, Territory Manager, Regional Manager.
  • For each decide how you will compensate him/her - base salary only, commission (what type), bonus, other incentive. Put in dollar values for each type of compensation. Commission is based on % of revenue.
  • TOTAL REVENUE PER MONTH FOR THE COMPANY = $500,000, 5% for inside sales, 20% for sales rep, 30% for territory manager, 45% for the regional manager. On target earnings.
