Identify a worker at work using a computer workstation as a case study. Provide a short description of the job, organization of job/work, listing of workstation furniture, equipment, accessories, etc. Include photos from at least 3 different perspectives, including wide angle to close-up as appropriate, to illustrate overall workstation layout, key workstation design features and the worker at work. (Tip: Consult the various references from this course to ensure you have included the basic information here.) 5 2 Identify and describe any actual or potential ergonomics hazards to which the worker in your case study might be exposed based on your knowledge and observations of this workstation. Then, also find and apply an appropriate basic Hazard ID tool, such as an office/computer ergonomics Hazard ID checklist. Include a copy of the completed checklist as an appendix to your assignment.
