Recruitment Strategy

Your team will design a recruitment strategy for the secretarial/administrative position. The recruitment strategy should be based on the job requirements identified in your team's job analysis and be consistent with Acme's HR philosophy. Your team's recruitment strategy should consider both internal recruitment (optional) and external recruitment (mandatory).

Submit:

1) A description of your team's recruiting strategy describing the recruitment techniques and sources your team plans to use and why your team chose those techniques and sources.

2) Recruiting materials for each of the sources you chose. For example, if you chose advertising, write the advertisement, and specify where it will appear. If you chose job fairs, describe how you would prepare for the job fair and develop any brochures, etc. that you would distribute.
