Research Question: How Diversity, and Cultures impact the flexibility in Maintenance specifically in Aviation Industry

Please use HAECO (Hong Kong Aircraft Engineering Company Limited) (England-funded-company) and CASL (China Aircraft Services Limited) (Chinese-funded-company) to study their Ethics, Training, Diversity Workforce, organization structure and compare their performance and see which one is implementing a better model. And after that please analysis why that model is better
