Eddie is the youngest of three children and he is the only child to still live in the family home with his mother and stepfather. Eddie is now in Grade 12. Since the beginning of the year, he has had more difficulty concentrating and paying attention to tasks. His school performance began deteriorating and he became frequently tardy. The voices kept telling him that he was "no good" and "everybody hated" him. Sometimes they told him to kill himself and sometimes to kill other people. Eddie also believes that he has special powers, and he is a spy working for the government. Eddie is argumentative and sometimes becomes aggressive. He has a history of aggression and violence.
