Assignment:

The last fiscal quarter results for your company are poor. Steps must be taken to get the company back on track and recover the lost revenue.

The organization has engaged in double loop learning and has identified the root problem and primary issue. All employees need to come into the office on a more regular basis, at minimum 2 days per week.

As the HR Manager and Change Agent responsible for moving the organization through this organizational change, describe the steps you would follow and the actions you would take using the Three Step Model of Change (Unfreezing, Moving & Refreezing) to create the conditions for individual behavioural change and organizational change.
