Describe the task used in the Stroop lab. What were the two conditions (the two types of Stroop trials) in the experiment we did in lab? What were the findings for each of the conditions, for our class (or for other studies)? How do the findings from the two Stroop conditions relate to the two types of attention we talked about: automatic, easy attentional processes and controlled, effortful attentional processes? I mentioned four different theories which could potentially explain the phenomena occurring in the Stroop Test.
