Case Study: The Republic of Korea, what many of us know as South Korea, has a life expectancy of 83.3 years, according to the World Health Organization (reference info here). Does that higher quantity of life necessitate a higher quality of life? For this Search & Report, the student will read a Channel News Asia article with two embedded video clips from the "Get Real" documentary, "Age Old Poverty," which focuses on aging issues, including quality of life, experienced by those living in South Korea.
