In the current assignment we have discussed about the total reward and compensation structure of organisation. In the first part we have taken two organisation metlife and citigroup and mentioned their total reward policy. In the second part we have discussed how demographic changes affect the compensation plan of organisation. We have done the analysis wiht the respect to india and japan. In the third part three elements which are considered for having an effective compensation plan are discussed.
