You are the Site Manager for the Maple Square Mixed-Use Development, a three-storey commercial and residential building located at 88 Fernleigh Avenue, Heatherton, Victoria. Your first responsibility as Site Manager is to classify the various parts of the Maple Square Mixed-Use Development in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) Volume One. Accurate classification is essential for determining which Performance Requirements and compliance solutions apply to each area of the building.

D. Describe Design and Construction System:
