• Predict how the use of the strategy and metrics could contribute to the company's success or to their bottom line.

For example, Google has successfully utilized complex performance metrics to predict the promotability of their employees.  Therefore, I could select Google and write about how the use of this practice could influence staffing metrics such as Time to Productivity, Turnover Impact Rate, Retention, and Yield or Selection Rate.
