Spam is one of the best marketing tool for the business which help the business to connect with the customers in real time and promote the business products and strategies. Most of the organizations assumes that spam irritates to the customers by sending fake emails and messages all the time but this is not proved in all the time because spam also provides numerous benefits to the business so that they can easily promote the services in the real time (Grewal, Iyer, & Levy, 2004).

Organizations ensures that they should choose the email marketing strategies which is complies with the privacy and data protection rules and should not damage the sensitive business networks which may leads to the security issues further. Most of the people hesitate to use the spam medium because it raise numerous cyber related issues for the business. but this is not proved in all the cases and still organizations are experiencing the huge benefits of having spam marketing channels for the business (Grewal, Iyer, & Levy, 2004).

Email marketing is the best way to attract the huge audiences and make the direct communication without relying on intermediary channels for the communication. Spam is the commercial email marketing tool for the business and getting huge popularity in the recent days due to the user friendly, flexible and cost effective medium for the business. There are multiple ways organizations can use the spam and create the positive output for the business in different ways altogether (Simic, 2018).
