Using your textbook, the Internet, and other valid reference materials, describe how alterations to the climate ultimately affect changes in weather patterns. Do you remember the Lorenz attractor? This model might be a good starting place for your discussion. What evidence exists that these alterations are actually taking place? What data has been collected? Who collected the information, and for what purpose? You can discuss anything from tree rings to the analysis of air bubbles found in high-latitude ice cores. Be sure you have references to support your findings. Graphics are helpful.
