Many businesses still use Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012, and 2012R2, even though the Windows 2008 version has been deprecated and is no longer supported by Microsoft. A new version of Windows Server is introduced about every 4 years and a major upgrade is about every 2 years. However, most companies are not quick to change or upgrade their Windows Server versions.

For this discussion, research at least one feature that the Windows Server 2016 introduced or improved from the previous versions.
