Describe a collaborative relationship you have had with Nurse Practitioners? RNs? NOTES: We have an urgent care run by NP lots of years of experience and then I came right from residency. Lots of nurses who knew their stuff and other were stuck practicing 1900 medicaine. Eye opening things were different from rescidency. The only doctor in the facility everything falls to your shoulders. You learn how important it is to depend on your nurses. You get to know them - you sit with them; you talk with them. Everyone has to trust each other and have each other's back. Helps to teach them. There are things we might know better than they do.
