Refer to the Assessment 4 description and rubric for detailed instructions as to how to complete this assessment.
In order to complete this presentation, you must:
Describe benchmarking practices that were used in the case study or your chosen organization, and conduct benchmarking research to identify best practices to improve both the clinical and nonclinical practices of the organization. Get expert-level assignment help in any subject.
Analyze the customer service and satisfaction drivers present in this case study and apply the successful organizational change process.
Consider the organizational culture, mission, vision, and values and how they affected the overall changes to the organization.
Determine how the organization considered organizational governance and structure to assure success, timeliness, effectiveness, and efficiency of services.
Describe measures used to make this assessment and provide your rationale for selecting these measures.
Once you have completed the steps outlined above, use the material you have gathered, along with the feedback you received from Assessments 2 and 3 to prepare a PowerPoint presentation outlining the actions you believe were taken, or lacking, to demonstrate successful change efforts in the case study provided or in your chosen organization.
