Based on the concept that motor functioning is a series of rapid serial steps, describe a complex movement (other than uncorking a bottle of wine). Your description needs to be in terms of how the brain is involved including supplementary motor area (SMA), pre-motor cortex, and primary motor cortex activation. What would happen to the motor plan if the SMA were damaged? What about the pre-motor cortex? The motor cortex? Explain.
