Doesnot smoke, alcohol consumption is less than 1 standard drink per wel, weight increases, BMi 23.5.Medications perindophrul, amplodipine, rosuvastine, furesomide, epeotein alfa, calcutriil, dietary modification of low potassium abdominal low sodium (<6 g/d) diet, proteint intake of 1.02-1.2 g/Kg/day. Provide the rational for diet adjustment to his underlying chronic condition.
