They have lived in the same home since the immigrated to Australia 60 years ago. Where they brought up their two daughters Sia and Irene. Julie has been their carer for 6 years and become extremely close to the family, Anna and Kostas regard Julie as another Daughter. They like reminiscing about the village in Greece, where they were born in, Septi-Levros. Being Greek Orthodox they tell Julie about their religious celebrations and how simple life was back then.

One day Julie attended their home and Anna was going through her jewellery box, she had given Sia and Irene some of her gold rings and insisted that Julie have one too, Anna has asked Julie not to mention this to her daughters. Anna has become quite reliant on Julie and sometimes she asks Julie to attend to Kostas's dressing, as Anna cancels the services of the Registered Nurse and is willing to pay Julie Cash, Anna complains of the cost of having the Registered attend Kostas's Ulcer.
